Its been a long time since we’ve front paged some IRC madness, and for you shameless folks that do not pop in, this is what you’ve been missing:
OmniWork: “I would like you all to welcome our newest member to our team: 津曲義成”
OmniWork: yeah, i don’t know how to pronounce that.. being that its in japanese.
Crasty: if it were even written in Japanese, I could tell you.
Crasty: That is just ascii jibber.
OmniWork: i don’t think i can pass through japanese text via IRC :(
Crasty: I know some Japanese.
OmniWork: well lets see:
OmniWork: the first character looks like a sideways happy face with a totem pole with a man hanging from it and some barb wire
OmniWork: the second character looks like a factory with windows and some smoke stacks
OmniWork: the third character is a space-invader type thing with lettuce stuck on his right leg and high heel shoe on his left… he’s happy, and his arms are sticking straight out
OmniWork: the last character is a man with a shovel wearing a straw hat and he’s tipping his hat to you.
OmniWork: how do you pronounce that?
Crasty: Our new member is “Hangman transgender spacefactory friendly produce farmer”?
